The materials required for watercolor painting are simple: paints, paper, brushes and water. I always suggest when buying colors, buy the best you can afford. I like good brushes, and sable brushes are my choice. A reservoir is a must and necessary along with art masking fluid, tape, pencil and ruler. Then we have a support for which an artist uses for painting on drawing on-canvas, hardboard or even a wall can be use for support.
